🐾 Refund & Return Policy — Winktail.com

We want you and your furry friends to be completely happy with every purchase from Winktail.com. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!


🛍️ Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Perishable or hygiene-related items (e.g., pet food, grooming items, personalized products) cannot be returned for safety reasons unless defective or damaged.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, then contact us at support@winktail.com.


🔁 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
To request an exchange, email support@winktail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • If the return is due to a mistake on our end, we’ll cover all shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Pet hygiene products (e.g., brushes, shampoos, litter items)
